Is this for bloglines?
I set mine up and didn't have any trouble. Maybe you made a mistake when you typed your email... Try registering again and see what happens.
I did try as well to set up RSS lines. On the 2.0 learning, I was able to click on the RSS link and something did pop up. I did not continue with it though. Try the learning 2.0. Let me know how you make out.
